CONDITIONS
1.
Occupancies commence 4pm on day of arrival and terminate 10am on day of departure.
2.
A deposit of 50% of the rental is payable on booking, the balance due 6 weeks prior to the start of the holiday. Cheques payable to A & J Leftly.
3.
In the event of cancellation, the deposit is forfeit and, on bookings cancelled within 6 weeks of commencement of holiday, the balance will only be refunded if the property is satisfactorily relet.
4.
Only the person named on the booking form and one other are entitled to occupy the property.
5.
No smoking allowed inside the cottage.
6.
Sorry - no pets.
7.
All breakages to be notified to owner and paid for in full before departure.
8.
Occupants are requested to leave the property as they find it.
